The Login Failure error is caused by either by incorrect information or by login server issues. If you are getting this error, please check these things.

1. Make sure you are using your email address to login, not your Forum Nickname.

2. Double check your password or login name, to make sure there are no spelling errors or extra spaces.

If you still get this error after multiple attempts, the login server may be experiencing issues, so trying to log in after a short wait. You can also check the forums to see if other players are having the same issue at the same time.

If your account is locked from entering an incorrect password/email address, please follow these steps: 

 

1.) Go to this link: https://www.playredfox.com/users/unlock/new

 

2.) Input your registered email address and press "Submit".

 

3.) You will receive the confirmation email from RedFox. Click the link in the email, and your account will be unlocked.
