When you select the "Rune Book" button from the menu, it will open up the Blessing of the Elders screen.

1. Rune Status: Your progress for the next Rune reward is recorded here.
   
2. Rune Collection: The amount of Runes you have collected is recorded here.
   
3. Active Blessing: Your active Rune Buff is displayed here.
   
4. Invoke Blessing: You can use your Rune Stones for Buffs by selecting one of these buttons.
   
5. Book Tabs: Rune details and information can be viewed here.
