What will happen if I attempt to chargeback or purchase items by using lost/stolen cards?

Your account will be blocked as soon as you request a chargeback. The only way to unblock your account is to cancel the Dispute that you’ve made via Paypal, bank and/or credit card companies, then your account might be activated again depending on our company policies. However, the account will be blocked permanently and will be reported to special agencies if you used  stolen or lost debit/credit cards.
