If you are an international player, your bank or credit card company may prevent you from purchasing RedFox Credits due to two possible reasons: 

1.) Your bank is preventing you from using your credit card or debit card to purchase RedFox Credits.

If this is the case, please contact your bank to ask them to lift the block from your account so that you may purchase RedFox Credits. Please let them know that the company you are attempting to purchase from is located in California, USA.

2.) Your credit card does not work outside of your country.

If this is the case, please contact your credit card company to ask about the restrictions on your card. If they cannot lift the block on your credit card to purchase RedFox Credit, you may need to use an internationally accepted credit card, or use a different payment method.
